The dogs of Ciro Rigel sense impending danger. Some of them have wandered into the Underground River and have made their passage to the White City of Albion for advice from the luminaries. Dogs are the only creatures from Ciro Rigel that can travel back and forth to the Otherworld where gods and men cohabitated in harmony and splendor.
